Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until dispatch. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has begun, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment of the products you ordered if: you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days excluding 2-5 day processing) you receive the wrong item you do not want the product you received (but you must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unused)
We will not issue a refund if: your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address) your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. failure to clear customs, delay of a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Exchanges
If for any reason you wish to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size of clothing. You must first contact us and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
